*For a limited time Coca-Cola® will donate the equivalent monetary value of one (1) carbon offset to Parkland Corporation for each qualifying 500mL Coca-Cola® beverage purchased by Journie Rewards members, up to a maximum donation of $10,000. This initiative runs from March 20, 2024, to May 21, 2024. Journie Rewards member must scan their Journie Rewards App at the time of purchase. Upon receiving the total carbon offset donation from Coca-Cola®, Parkland Corporation may purchase carbon offsets in monthly batches or other designated intervals, as it may determine. The selection of carbon offsets to be purchased will be at the sole discretion of Parkland Corporation, which may involve procuring carbon offsets from projects, the open market, or alternative sources. All carbon offsets purchased will be purchased and retired by Parkland Corporation. Journie Rewards members will not gain title, property right or other interest in any carbon offsets purchased. Parkland Corporation reserves the right to disclose and report the purchased carbon offsets, including on its website and in its annual Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report, as evidence of progress toward internally set emissions reduction targets or commitments made externally.
